Sustainability & Food Safety
Two critical areas under TCGF leadership are packaging for sustainability and food safety.
The Global Packaging Project (GPP) is managing the development of a common set of metrics and language for packaging for sustainability. They will be brought before the TCFG board in November 2010
Founded in 2000, the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is an independent non-profit foundation and managed by TCGF.
