Consumer product packaging projects are a link in a chain of projects that ensure the optimal management of the life cycle of a consumer product, from its design to its withdrawal from the market. Being stakeholders in this long value chain, it is very important to understand the interaction between the different stakeholders through these various projects and the decisive impacts that these interactions can have on the product throughout its life.

In order to maintain a healthy product in the consumer market, good project management is critical. Throughout this conference, we will shed light on best practices in project management, the different processes and areas of expertise, different methodologies and major challenges encountered today.
