Transcontinental Flexstar is a vertically integrated company focusing on converting technology and barrier laminations on the west coast. Our capabilities include full graphics services, solvent and thermal platemaking, flexographic printing, solvent and solvent-less lamination, specialty registered coatings, pattern cold seal rollstock, blown film extrusion, high speed pouch-making, radial laser scoring / perforating, and full testing / laboratory capabilities to match our corporate R&D capabilities. Transcontinental Flexstar participates in most consumer food packaging categories due to our flexibility and breadth of capabilities. Transcontinental Flexstar operates two facilities and has recently completed the addition of a regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) to eliminate VOC contaminants. This is a first for a flexible packaging company in Western Canada.
