General Terms and Conditions of use:

Thank you for visiting (our "Site"). Use of Membership Registration Service, Event Registration Service and/or Members Area Login indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


PAC Membership Terms and Conditions:

Memberships are not transferable and are valid until December of the year joined. The membership belongs to the company registering. (By entering your email address into your contact profile you will receive all PAC e-promos of upcoming events and seminars in your area.)


PAC Course & Event Terms and Conditions:

Official confirmation of registration will be provided by the Event Coordinator after your application has been processed. Event Registration fees are non refundable. Education Course fees and deposits are non-refundable, however are transferable for up to one year, with at least two weeks notice prior to listed start date.

PAC reserves the right to cancel events/courses at any time prior to the scheduled date; in this case, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee. Registrants who are no shows, are not eligible for a refund.


PAC Conference/Summit Terms and Conditions:

Registration fees are fully refundable if notified six weeks or more before the conference. Fees are not refundable if cancelled with less than six weeks notice.  “No shows" at the conference, will not receive a refund.  Registrations can be transferred at any time.


PAC Competition Terms and Conditions:

Registration fees for products entered are not refundable, but are transferable to another product entry.  "No shows" at the competitions, will not receive a refund.
